There will be a $5.00 shipping and handling charge added to a single book purchase.
$2.50 will be added for each additional book going to the same location.
Separate ship to addresses will be charged $5.00 for the first book to each location.

If you are interested in purchasing books from this website, you may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express as well as PayPal.  Orders are processed through PayPal, but you do not need a PayPal account to purchase.  You can simply enter your credit card and billing/shipping information, PayPal just handles the processing for us.

This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
